Business Days

For the purposes of this policy, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Although some orders may be processed, shipped, or delivered on Saturdays, Saturday is not counted as a business day when calculating handling or transit times.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on business days (Monday–Friday) are eligible to begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time

  • Standard handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Oversized, heavy, or freight items: may require an additional 1–2 business days for handling and freight preparation

Handling time refers to the period between order placement and when the order is shipped.

Shipping & Transit Time

  • Standard transit time: 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Transit time begins once the order has been handed over to the carrier and a shipping confirmation email has been sent.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and the size or weight of the item.

Shipping Rates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

The carrier used for your order is selected based on the item’s size, weight, and delivery location.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days (Monday–Friday) after receiving your shipping confirmation email — meaning the carrier has exceeded the estimated 3–7 business day transit time — please contact us using one of the following options:

We strive to meet or exceed our stated delivery timelines whenever possible. In many cases, orders may arrive earlier than estimated depending on carrier performance and destination.
